I enjoy processing retirement applications. They’re complicated, but my seven years spent processing applications for the NAD Retirement Office and my 17 years working with them in my HR roles has made me very comfortable with them.

I literally wrote the book on NAD Service Records. One of my first jobs involved managing NAD Service Records at the NAD (and writing the user manual for them). I’ve worked with them in various capacities for 25 years.

I’ve spent over 17 years working with Open Enrollments, reconciling optional benefits, writing emails, updating service records, processing retirement applications, managing eAdventist, working in APS, and more. Michael Jordan once told me: “Chandler, you’re the king of benefits!” Though he didn’t say it to me and he also didn’t say it.

I’ve reconciled the church’s optional benefits for 17 years. I kind of like it.

I love expository writing. I was on the team that rewrote the North American Division Employee Handbook, and would love to help you with yours.

I helped create the file retention document for the North American Division. I also spent a month implementing it, reorganizing files, creating a clear destruction date labeling system, and destroying documents outside the retention period. I can help you take control of your files too!
