I’m here if you need an Assist

Are you:

  • Short-staffed and falling behind?

  • Fully-staffed but need a little extra help?

  • New to your position and feel lost and need some training?

  • For budgetary reasons, choosing not to hire a regular employee for just a few tasks here and there?

If any of these apply to you, I have your Assist!

Assistance

  • I enjoy processing retirement applications. They’re complicated, but my seven years spent processing applications for the NAD Retirement Office and my 17 years working with them in my HR roles has made me very comfortable with them.

  • I literally wrote the book on NAD Service Records. One of my first jobs involved managing NAD Service Records at the NAD (and writing the user manual for them). I’ve worked with them in various capacities for 25 years.

  • I’ve spent over 17 years working with Open Enrollments, reconciling optional benefits, writing emails, updating service records, processing retirement applications, managing eAdventist, working in APS, and more. Michael Jordan once told me: “Chandler, you’re the king of benefits!” Though he didn’t say it to me and he also didn’t say it.

  • I’ve reconciled the church’s optional benefits for 17 years. I kind of like it.

  • I love expository writing. I was on the team that rewrote the North American Division Employee Handbook, and would love to help you with yours.

  • I really enjoy teaching and training. And I have the patience for it. If you need someone to step you through some aspect of your job, I can help. I would love to actually. My goal will be to give you confidence and comfort with your responsibilities, and to give you an environment to learn them in that feels judgement-free. I believe that my knowledge and decades or real-world experience would be helpful to you.

Supporting your mission. Supporting you.

Multiple diverse hands placed together in a circle, symbolizing unity and teamwork.
